Tedford isseekinga full-time (32 hours) Clinical Coordinator toassistwith compliance and quality assurance of our TCM services delivered by our Case Management team and to support shelter staff in meeting the complex mental health and behavioral needs of guests. The Clinical Coordinator will also carry a small caseload of Case Management clients as needed.

Based in Brunswick and serving Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Cumberland and Androscoggin counties, Tedford hasrelocatedits shelter programs and administration to a newly expanded facility. The rate of pay for this position is $35 per hour.

The Clinical Coordinator will also play an integral role in responding to escalations both in shelter and at the warming center during work hours. The Clinical Coordinator should be familiar with local crisis services and will support guests in connecting with these services as appropriate.
The Clinical Coordinator must have one of the following credentials:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)
