Ficker Insurance Group is looking for a qualified candidate to join our busy agency as an Office Assistant/Manager. This role could expand depending on the candidates contributions to the agency. Reviewing/managing customer emails and distributing them to the team. Handling outbound customer calls for payments/billing/etc. Other office duties as assigned. Requirement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable and dependable Detail oriented & strong time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems knowledge, etc.
