Hebron Academy is seeking a dedicated and dependable person to join our Business Office team. The successful candidate will possess a background in bookkeeping or banking, exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to work independently as well as part of the team. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting pay and benefits package.

What would you do?
Your most important duties are to
● Manage Accounts Receivables
● Manage Student Union POS system data and student debit accounts
● Manage and reconciliation of student petty cash
● Bank Deposits
● Collections
● Student Health Insurance Enrollments & Tuition Insurance enrollments
● Enrollment work with Admissions
● Other tasks as assigned by CFO and Business Manager
Qualifications:
- ● Background or education in accounts payable or office work environment.
● Proficiency with various computer operating systems and programs. Experience with Blackbaud software is desired.
● Ability to organize complex sets of information and present ideas and numbers clearly (written and verbal).
● Attention to detail is critical.
● Strong interpersonal skills to productively and professionally communicate with others.
