0.5 Interim Director of Curriculum and Staff Development

MSAD15 is seeking a part-time Director of Curriculum and Staff Development for the remainder of the 24-25 school year.
This position will assist the Interim Superintendent with Improvement of Instruction tasks including ESEA grant management, certification and CHRC tracking, professional development planning, required training implementation, curriculum materials selection, course & conference management, serve as Foster Care Liaison, serve as District Assessment Coordinator, and facilitate/coordinate the PEPG, Certification, Wellness, and Curriculum Committees.
Work hours and week are somewhat negotiable.
Some remote work may be possible for the right candidate,
This is a salaried, benefits eligible position under the Directors employment agreement.
Applicants who have experience with MSAD15 schools or experience as a curriculum director preferred.
Candidates must hold a Maine Department of Education Administrator Certificate.
Maine Department of Education endorsements: 078 Curriculum Director, 015 Assistant Superintendent, or 010 Superintendent preferred.
Applicants must hold a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check prior to employment.
