Surgical Care is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team!
Candidates with CNA certification are preferred. Having some clinical experience with medical terminology is critical to success in this position.
Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts.
The Administrative Coordinator - Perioperative role performs secretarial and reception duties and is responsible for the scheduling of operating and procedure rooms.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.
- Experience: Secretarial/business experience preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office and computer skills. Comprehensive knowledge of medical office and surgical procedures.
