About

Born and raised in Maine, I am an avid birdwatcher since 2018, and an amateur photographer. I also volunteer for the state as a Peregrine Falcon surveyor. More recently, I joined a project with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife documenting flower flies (on iNaturalist), which are small hovering insects that help pollinate the world’s produce.

A favorite book that I always recommend is "Good Energy" by Casey Means, MD. (entrepreneur and author, and nominee for Surgeon General of the US). She provides guidance on what's needed for good health, which is primarily eating healthy and
daily walks!
