Our mission is to provide the highest quality medical grade cannabis products to Maine Medical marijuana patients across the state.

We are seeking a passionate, determined, detail-oriented, process-minded individual to assist in the production of our plants. This person must have a high degree of attention to detail, be able to spot problems, and work collaboratively with our team of growers to ensure those problems are addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for therapeutic cannabis products and interested in growing a career in the industry.

This person is responsible for assisting the head of cultivations in the day-to-day operations of the facility. This position is also responsible for proper care of the facility, including principles and practices of cultivation and protection. Within the cultivation associate role there is a heavy emphasis on cleaning. The cultivation associate is primarily responsible for cleaning, upkeep, and sanitation of the cultivation facility. Including, but not limited to, breaking down and setting up rooms, washing and sanitizing equipment.

This person will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, watering, and providing nutrients. The grow assistant will assist with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing, and packaging of the plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations is essential for this position.

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years of age.
Possess valid Maine driver’s license.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Math required for inventory.
High level of integrity.
Must have excellent attendance and professionalism.
Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements:

Ability to calculate figures, amounts, portions, percentages, and volume in relation to the application of fertilizers, chemicals, and water.
Knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the horticultural environment.
Exposure to and experience in cannabis industry (preferred).
Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and flexibility in work habits.
Possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a part of a team.
Flexible schedule. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must sign a Non-Compete Agreement.
Be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all regulations set forth by the State of Maine Medical Marijuana Program.
Monday-Friday plus WEEKEND REQUIRED- Rotate Weekends.
Budtender experience a PLUS.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
