Camden Hills Dental is a family owned dental practice in Rockport, Maine. We are professional, agile and collaborative with a goal to redefine expectations around dental care while building long-term relationships through exception patient care and service.

```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

Monitor and manage accounts receivable

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to use office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
