Marca Technologies, LLC is currently hiring a Machinist with the ability to operate CNC Machines as well as Manual Machines.

Duties will include:

- Operate CNC and manual machines by utilizing set up sheets, blueprints, and materials

- Set tool registers, offsets, and calculation requirement

- Verify settings by measuring first run parts, including checking samples

- Properly set up and calibrate the CNC machine for each customer job

- Create parts in accordance with customers' specifications

- Be dedicated to focus on accuracy to produce quality parts - Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning, including proper recordkeeping of maintenance activities

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC/manual machines in a manufacturing environment, including set up and machine troubleshooting

- Mechanical aptitude of technical and functional terms, techniques, and processes

- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications

- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high quality components

- Initiative and proactive, positive, and forward thinking mindset

- Ability to be a team player
