We are seeking an experienced and reliable Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small, 14-key hotel located in the beautiful MidCoast region of Maine.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including guest services, reservations, and housekeeping.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards.
- Handle financial tasks, such as budgeting, payroll, and inventory management.
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure the hotel is in pristine condition.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hospitality software is required.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
