Job Description
- Responsible for producing high-quality medical devices.
- Tasks include assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers and related medical device assemblies under close supervision.
- Perform routine assignments per specified procedures.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation.
- Communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers and during tours.
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.
- Understand Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Set and monitor goals with supervisors to improve quality and performance.
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Use electronic data systems and computer software.
- Prioritize tasks and handle small components.
- Make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
- Drug test must be clear by the training date.
