Duration: 4 Months on W2
Shift: A 5am-5pm/6am-6pm/7am-7pm Sun-Tues, Alt Wed (see calendar tab)
B 5am-5pm/6am-6pm/7am-7pm Thurs-Sat, Alt Wed (see calendar tab)
C 5pm-5am/6pm-6am/7pm-7am Sun-Tues, Alt Wed (see calendar tab)
D 5pm-5am/6pm-6am/7pm-7am Thurs-Sat, Alt Wed (see calendar tab)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the production of medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
- Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies, and assignments according to standardized procedures.
- Ensure that documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date.
- Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives in order to enhance production processes
- Maintain records to ensure quality documents are accurate, and quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all products.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing. Participate in setting and monitoring cell performance to improve the quality of operations.
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
- Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
