Position Description:
Position Title: Task Force General Manager
If you have experience in a hotel as a front desk agent, general manager, sales manager, bellman, cook, housekeeper, controller, or any other position, we'd LOVE to hear from you!
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities, and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
Pleasant and professional communication skills when interacting with company clientele, staff and customers
Detailed orientated discipline.
Possess the ability to learn specific company computer programs
Possess organizational skills
Must possess a positive, professional, and pleasant attitude and standard of dress.
Ability to accomplish tasks with little or no supervision.
Possess superior time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often under high pressure and strict deadlines.
Visual ability to read instructions and correspondence.
Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching above the shoulders.
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and to effectively deal with the internal and external
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Experience with Hilton PEP preferred .
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
College degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferable at a manager level in a hospitality environment.
Leadership experience within a hotel environment.
Experience in Task Force strongly preferred.
OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the company from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with company rules and regulations for safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate company rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Pay: $34,765.00 - $120,270.00 per year
