Scope of Work: The Social Responsibility Administrator will support a portfolio of nonprofit relationships as part of the Social Responsibility team. This role is responsible for coordinating the Community Promise donation process, nonprofit sponsorship benefits, and data tracking and reporting.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for execution of daily donation processing activities
- Monitor and maintain donation request, communication and payment processes using the donation management platform.
- Track and record donation requests, supporting material and the associated communications.
- Facilitate weekly donation review process and meetings.
- Work with the Social Responsibility team to track, communicate and present applicable donations to the Community Investment Committee.
- Prepare and send approved requests and supporting information to the Accounting department to process donation payments on a weekly basis.
- Finalize payment process by mailing donation checks and letters or sending direct deposit confirmation messages on a weekly basis.
- Process and appropriately document Kennebunk Savings Bank Foundation donations per the Foundation DDA Withdrawal Procedures.
- Responsible for reporting and sponsorship benefit coordination
- Update the Community Promise budget and the donation management system as donations are approved each week.
- Create quarterly budget reports for distribution to the Social Responsibility & Customer Satisfaction Board Committee.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on volunteer hours.
- Compile and send monthly sales team updates on Community Promise donations in their market areas.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure all sponsorship benefits are satisfied within their deadlines.
- Assist with outreach to all Department and Branch Managers to make sure sponsored events are properly staffed.
- Update and monitor expenses and department budget.
- Responsible for nonprofit communications for the Community Promise program
- Support a portfolio of assigned nonprofit relationships.
- As advised, meet with nonprofit partners to discuss their work and potential donation support.
- Follow up with requesting nonprofit organizations within a reasonable timeframe.
- Complete communications to all organizations that are declined funding within a reasonable timeframe.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:

- Understands, supports and adheres to applicable organizational policies/procedures and state/federal regulations.
