OPEN POSITIONS
- Landscape Laborer (entry level – will train)
- Landscape Foreman
- Hardscape Foreman / Operations Lead

PAY
- $20–$44/hr depending on experience, skill, and reliability
- Pay increases start with consistency, performance, and attitude

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Maintain high-end properties (mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups)
- Install landscapes (planting, mulching, bed work)
- Build hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
- Operate professional equipment
- Work as part of a solid, reliable crew
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate clearly with team and leadership
- Complete paperwork and note any property issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Shows up every day, on time
- Takes pride in doing things right
- Willing to learn and improve
- Able to perform physical work outdoors in all conditions
- Driver’s license is a plus (not required for all roles)
- Foreman roles: ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving
