Any such use shall be at the sole risk of the user, and IMG and its affiliate and related companies shall be relieved of all liability in connection therewith.
Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting JobsInMaine.com. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional.
Personal data provided by the user may be used by JobsInMaine.com to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the JobsInMaine.com website. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime.
You authorize IMG to collect from any party and to retain all relevant information relating to your use of this IMG Site, and you hereby authorize any party to provide us with such information. You understand and agree that unless you notify IMG to the contrary by e-mailing us, you further authorize IMG to disclose, on a confidential basis, to any party with whom IMG has business relations all relevant information relating to your dealings with us and this IMG Site.

Job Seeker applications for positions published on the JobsInMaine.com website may be placed on hold, screened, forwarded or not forwarded to Employers at the discretion of IMG. Employer information including positions published on the JobsInMaine.com website may be edited or deleted at the discretion of JobsInMaine.com.
Liability
IMG takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or statements contained in the documents and related graphics on this IMG Site. Further, IMG makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information contained in software programs, documents and related graphics on this IMG Site for any purpose. All such software programs, documents and related graphics are provided without warranty of any kind.
