Job Summary

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure efficient teamwork.
Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment.
Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to maintain high productivity levels.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment, ideally within hospitality settings.
Extensive experience with strong skills in food production, food handling, and cooking techniques.
