Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available in Providence, RI. These positions are remote.

This shift for this position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a start date of July 20th, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals with information and support regarding healthcare benefits.
Providing accurate and consistent information.
Providing quality customer service and support.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, average handle time, customer satisfaction, and attendance goals.
Resolve customer complaints and complex issues.
Provide empathetic customer service during stressful situations.
Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by managing high call volumes while accurately documenting customer information, and efficiently navigating multiple computer systems, CRM software, and data entry platforms during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' Customer Service experience required.
Strong PC proficiency required.
High School Diploma/GED required;
Bilingual skills a plus.
Experience in health/Insurance/human services and knowledge of Medicaid is a plus.
