As a Telephone Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to manage incoming telephone calls while providing a positive first impression for customers. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, taking messages, providing information and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Additionally, as part of a regular rotation, you will warmly greet customers and visitors as they enter the Bath lobby, direct them to the appropriate person, and generally help to ensure that they have an exceptional service experience in the bank.

Requirements

· Equivalent to high school diploma

· Previous experience working as Receptionist or similar role helpful

· Exceptional communication and social skills with the ability to build strong relationships with each customer and employee interaction

· Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and be able to work harmoniously with all employees

· Professional attributes including professional appearance and dependability through a commitment to punctuality and attendance

· An aptitude for accuracy with good organizational ability, attentiveness to detail and ability to handle multitasking

· Self-motivated and able to function independently

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with some knowledge of Excel.

· Capable of operating and utilizing general office equipment such as a telephone, computer, printer, and photocopier
