Job Description

About the Job

Love books? Good. That's where it starts. Booksellers work directly on the sales floor and at the register throughout each shift, turning everyday moments into the reason customers come back. The best booksellers are readers first. You don't just sell books. You believe in them. Enjoy the thrill of connecting someone with their next great read? Ready to be part of a store where every shift turns up something new to discover? This is an hourly role based in one of our Books-A-Million retail store locations.

Role Summary

A passion for books is the foundation here, and you'll bring that energy to the sales floor every day. A passion for books isn't a bonus here, it's the foundation. You'll bring that energy to the sales floor every day, working closely with fellow Associates and store leadership in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment that blends sales, merchandising, and everyday store upkeep.
