What you’ll do:

Lead the admin and clinical teams to deliver a positive, warm, and professional patient experience.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators, taking action to address gaps.
Coach team members on best practices for scheduling, collections, and patient follow-up.
Ensure optimal patient flow and quality of care.
