Building Controls LLC specializes in current technology fire alarm design, installation, maintenance and NFPA-compliant testing programs for small to medium size customers. We also install CCTV, door access control, nurse call, intercom and intrusion detection systems. I keep current on the rapidly changing technology affecting the security industry, including IP connected devices and systems. Specialties: Application of the National Fire Alarm Code (NFPA-72) and Life Safety Code (NFPA-101) to projects in real-world applications including complex interfaces between fire alarm systems and elevator recall functions, periodic fire alarm system inspection using web-based bar code scanning database system, design and programing of various systems by various manufactures including Honeywell, Fire-Lite, IEI, GE Security, Digital Security Controls, Aiphone, Moose/Elk (remember Moose anyone?), System Sensor, Bosch, etc.
