Job Title: Secretarial/Office Job - Entry Level (Camp Fernwood)

Position Type: Seasonal (Summer) June 13th 2025 to August 7th 2025 (8 weeks).

Overview: Camp Fernwood seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for an Entry-Level Office Position. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations. As an entry-level office team member, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, supporting office staff, and ensuring that office functions are organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Sorting Mail and Packages: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivering, and distributing packages to the appropriate staff.
Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients, providing a warm and professional first impression. Notify the relevant person of their arrival.
Organizing Office Space: Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized, including the common areas, filing cabinets, and office supplies.
Filing: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure important documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
Google Sheets Management: Assist in the creation and management of spreadsheets, ensuring data is entered accurately and organized for easy use.
Internal Software Management: Provide basic support for internal software, including data entry and ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
Data Entry & Organization: Accurately enter and update data into company systems and ensure information is organized for easy access and analysis.
