The Electronic Mail Specialist plays a critical role in our operations by receiving, indexing, and maintaining sensitive legal documents. This individual will also support general office operations and may assist with receptionist duties. This is a high volume, fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process, name, and organize legal documents into digital filing systems
Perform data entry and document indexing with high attention to detail
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Operate standard mailroom equipment such as scanners, fax machines, and copiers
Provide backup support for front desk/reception as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a mailroom, administrative, or office setting preferred
Experience with data entry strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
