Eastern Tire is hiring a Service Writer to join our front-of-house team

What you'll bring:

Experience as a service writer in a professional automotive shop — tire shop experience is a strong plus
Comfort managing a busy front counter and communicating clearly with both customers and technicians
Ability to translate tech-speak for customers, and relay customer concerns accurately to the shop
Solid RO management: accurate documentation, timely close-out for invoicing
