Empower Lewiston

Empower Lewiston is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in March 1999 to implement its Strategic Plan and manage funds from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) to support activities in the Lewiston Enterprise Community. This is done under the federal Empowerment Zone (EZ)/Enterprise Community (EC) Program.
