Gottlieb Landscape Design is a residential and commercial Landscaping company in Mount Vernon and has been serving the central Maine area and exceeding expectations for over 15 years! We offer a seasonal full-time Hardscaping position with some landscaping involved from April-November. We provide a positive atmosphere dedicated to working together on projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results every time.

• Pay range between $30-$40 per hour based on experience

• 401K matching program

• 4-day work week

• Full time seasonal from April-November

Responsibilities:

• Build outdoor structures such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met

• Maintain an organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when moving from Hardscaping to Landscaping projects when needed

• Willingness to learn or teach proper technique & operation of power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery

Qualifications:

Candidates must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and tools on a daily basis.

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid Maine drivers license

• High school degree or equivalent

• Proven experience in Hardscaping

• Be attentive to detail and be able to follow directions

• Ability to work collaboratively and add to our positive team environment

The ideal candidate will be positive, reliable and hardworking, have experience leading and ensuring proper technique in Hardscaping, and is willing to assist and help the landscape crew reach their goals when needed. Experience in landscaping and operating heavy machinery a plus.
