Founded in 1975, the Grasshopper Shop is an independent, family business featuring women's and children's clothing and accessories, jewelry, housewares, toys, soaps, greeting cards, books, and much more.

Our mission is to make the store a delightful place to shop with great service, merchandise, and employees!

We take pride in supporting our local community from volunteering with Rockland Main Street, Inc. to underwriting events at The Farnsworth Museum of Art, to making donations to New Hope for Women, Out Maine, and Area Interfaith Outreach (AIO).
