Heartstone Farm in Dover Maine is looking for one customer service rep to join our 8 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Provides prompt, efficient, friendly service to all customers, wholesale and retail.
Processes customer needs, complaints, and problems
Maintains customer contact as needed
Performs Order entry continuously; daily
Manages dated orders
Documents all Order Entry to build departmental KPI’s
Works directly with Operations Manager to streamline Customer Order Forms and Order Entry
Provides follow-up calls and reminds customers to place their orders
Completes all vendor and item set-up forms
Serves as a liaison with all the proper parties to ensure that forms are completed in their entirety and that information is accurate and up to date
Responds to customers comments and complaints
Inputs and communicates all sample requests, email and other forms of communication
Communicates distribution issues to the operations manager, and follow up for resolution
Communicates/transfers special requests and key-account issues and inquiries to Supervisor
Obtains, learns, and maintains routing guides for key account customers
Communicates requirements to and alerts Supervisor of any issues

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years customer service and sales experience required; Able to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong analytical, organizational and follow-up skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic; Friendly personality; Proficiency in MS Office suite. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with managers, and customers.
