Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings.

Duties:

- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas

- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas as needed

- Seal gaps and joints with caulk, foam, or other sealants

- Apply vapor barriers to prevent moisture buildup

- Install insulation around HVAC ducts and pipes

- Use airless paint sprayers to apply coatings or finishes to insulation materials

- Perform trim carpentry work as needed

- Repair or replace damaged insulation as necessary

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation

Skills:

- Experience working as a carpenter or insulator in the construction industry

- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques for finishing work

- Understanding of roof construction and insulation methods
