We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
Uphold casual dining standards by adhering to proper etiquette and presentation guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or upscale establishments is preferred.
Familiarity with TOAST POS systems for order entry and cash handling is essential.
Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills.
Experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary settings or nightclubs, is advantageous.
Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional guest relations throughout their visit.
A proactive approach to sales techniques that enhance the overall dining experience.
