NICHOLAS AIR 119s are hand selected by the Founder and CEO. These positions are the most coveted positions in the realm of the flight department. Managing the industry's most elite group of pilots is a humbling experience as you collaborate daily with the best the industry has to offer. This position typically is not direct entry and requires years of internal flight operation duties, affording you the knowledge to adhere and enforce the stringent NICHOLAS AIR standard. The current growth of our footprint and new additions to our program such as the G600 platform, has opened the opportunity to seek external candidates that have prior experience in the 119 field. But more importantly, candidates that have leadership experience and desire to make a difference by creating and adhering to higher standards than others.
