We are looking to hire an LSIT (Land Surveyor In Training) or Survey Technician to join our team in Falmouth, Maine!

Responsibilities and Tasks

Operate, transport and set up total stations and GPS equipment.
Collection of field data for boundary, ALTA, topographic and construction surveys.
Download and process data for review.
Keep neatly written notes in field book of an overview of the days work.

Physical Activities and Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to walk long distances if required.
Ability to climb embankments.
Ability to bend at the waist and knees.
Ability to pick up and carry 20 lbs.
Exposure to all types of Maine weather.
Must have a valid ME driver’s license.

Education and Experience

Entry level, no experience necessary, willing to train the right individual.
LSIT with field experience or 4 year survey related education.
Completion of survey related courses a plus.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
