We are currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support our Logistics Director and sales teams working on tight deadlines to fulfill and ship complex international orders. As a vital team member working with the Logistics Director, job duties include, but are not limited to:

Receiving, consolidating, packing, and shipping goods
Handling inventory in a safe, deliberate, and efficient manner
Using a computerized, web-based inventory control system (NetSuite), as part of normal duties
Occasionally using Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, and other computer applications
Using bar code scanners, document scanners and printers for tracking and labeling
Reviewing and following sales order details and order handling sheets
Installing software and computer images onto computers
Weighing and measuring packages then preparing itemized packing lists
Ordering and maintaining adequate amounts of shipping and receiving supplies
Ordering and maintaining adequate quantities of stocked accessories
Conducting quarter-end physical inventory counts
Assisting with building and property maintenance
After training and certification, operating an electric forklift when necessary
Maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse area
Providing order updates to sales teams
Moving goods of various weights and sizes manually and with material handling equipment
Lifting packages up to 60 pounds when necessary
Participating in team, problem solving and all staff meetings

Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and enjoyment of being part of a fast-paced team driven to excel in all areas are critical requirements of this position. The Warehouse Associate must demonstrate the ability to efficiently and comfortably navigate various software applications and have basic Microsoft Excel knowledge. Experience using a logistics software platform such as NetSuite is a plus, as is forklift experience.
