We are a Cannabis processing facility which provides labor and packaging services to our clients throughout Southern and Central Maine. Our company currently has around 45 employees. Our teams operate both onsite and offsite, however the Administrative Assistant/Secretary position being offered is for our warehouse facility in Gorham. Office desk and laptop computer will be provided.

We are currently Maines largest cannabis processing business. We have been in the industry for 5+ years and have had consistent growth year after year. Being a relatively new startup, there is growth potential within our company that might not be available elsewhere. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to help scale our business even further.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

- Utilize Google Suite and other software tools to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear information flow.

- Support the team with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Skills

- Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record management.

- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.

- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.

- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
