As a Service Dispatcher, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our amazing cleaning technicians are scheduled efficiently and our clients receive the outstanding service they deserve.

What You'll Do:

Scheduling: Optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency while maintaining high standards of service. You'll regularly audit schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
Dispatch: Be the first point of contact for staff dispatch, managing daily schedules and ensuring all technicians meet their revenue goals. You’ll keep our operations running smoothly with your exceptional organizational skills.
Client Support: Act as the primary liaison for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client records with the utmost confidentiality. You'll handle inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

What You Offer:

Live within a 60-minute drive of our Scarborough office
Available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm
High energy, personable individual with great customer service skills
Scheduling and/or dispatching experience
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and CRMs
Strong phone administration skills and a friendly demeanor
Superb organizational and time management abilities
A proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges and provide solutions
Knowledge of the cleaning industry is a plus, but not required
