We are currently hiring Lead Carpenters, Experienced Carpenters, and Carpenter Helpers to join our team. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to work each day, and want to be part of a strong crew building new homes from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Typical Responsibilities

Framing floors, walls, and roofs

Installation of windows, doors, siding, and roofing

Interior and exterior trim work

Deck and porch construction

Installation of cabinets, flooring, and interior finishes

Working as part of a team to complete high-quality new homes

Qualifications

Carpentry or construction experience preferred (all skill levels considered)

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work well on a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50–90 lbs

Comfortable working on ladders and around construction equipment

Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
