We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise and passion for cannabis will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring they have an informative and enjoyable experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in navigating the product offerings.
Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Assist with product demonstrations and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Uphold cleanliness and organization within the dispensary environment.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Experience in retail sales, including understanding retail math concepts.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of cannabis products and willingness to learn about new offerings.
Capable of performing product demos that highlight features and benefits to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.51 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
