RentBangor.com, a division of Marsh Property Mgmt, LLC, is a mid size property management business in Hermon, ME. We own and manage apartments, condos and homes. The owner run onsite with over half dozen long term employees so looking for good fit for company that would like stable long term employment opportunity with bonuses and fixed schedule. Property Management, Maintenance coordination or Real estate experience preferred but would train right person with experience working in busy office environment

Assistant Office Manager

Duties:

- Deal with customers in professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers

- Schedule maint appointments and maintain calendars for staff members & vendors

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with tenant payments, questions and accounting

Skills:

- Billing or contractor estimate experience is a plus and good multi tasking is a must

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

- Familiarity with Trade contractor work, real estate or property management duties is preferred

- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to type quickly and accurately

- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills

This position requires a reliable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work effectively. Full time position but flexibility in hours and schedule may be available for Right candidate. NOTE - No evening or weekends required and same hours all year round
