Maintenanc/Carpenter Position - full time - payroll position with some benefits - Experienced maintenance person needed for numerous 150+ year old buildings, mostly in Brunswick.  {65 Apartments}  Jack & Jill of all trades.  Must have plumbing experience, good carpentry skills, some electrical knowledge, able to do physical work, work independently, and be a good problem solver.  Must have own hand tools and driver's license.  Must live within 20 miles of Brunswick.
