Tem has over 40 years of outstanding customer service in the Aerospace, Medical, Power Generation, and Electronics fields. We provide Precision Machining, Laser Machining, Welding and EDM processing.  

Tem has invested in new processing technology and management software systems. We can manage very complex development programs and successfully supply cost effective technological solutions for our customers.

Tem is approved to the ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100 standards. Our quality engineers provide inspection processes and verification of all critical features produced using adaptive modular tooling methodology and Six Sigma Quality Processes.

Tem operates in a 26,000 square foot facility in Southern Maine.
