The Strainrite Companies, a leader in the manufacture of liquid filtration products, is seeking a highly motivated experienced Senior Level Engineer .

This position troubleshoots and optimizes existing equipment, provides technical support to production, designs and builds manufacturing equipment, and researches/recommends new equipment and methods.

Qualifications:

Able to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical and PLC/control issues.
Able to generate electrical schematics and build electrical control panels.
Able to program PLC’s predominantly with Allen-Bradley software.
Able to program collaborative robots (Universal Robots).
Experience with vision systems is not required but is preferred.
Demonstrated hands on experience is required.
A roll-up-your sleeves”, can-do attitude that is driven to get projects completed in a timely manner.
Degree in electrical and/or controls engineering
Comfortable using and working with Solid works
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting
Troubleshoots, repairs, replaces parts, motors, control devices, ect.
A mindset of continual improvement and enjoys working in a team environment
Enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
