Sales & Management Trainee – $250–$350 Per Sale | Relocation Opportunity

Job Location: North Carolina (Relocation Required)
Experience: Entry Level and Experienced Candidates Welcome

Looking to make serious money, develop valuable skills, and build a long-term career in sales?

Omni Pulse LLC is recruiting ambitious, outgoing, and hardworking individuals to join our T-Mobile Fiber Internet Sales Team in North Carolina.

We're bringing motivated individuals from New York to North Carolina for an intensive winter sales blitz, with housing provided, travel assistance available, and long-term sales and management opportunities.

You'll be working directly in residential neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to T-Mobile Fiber Internet plans starting at approximately $50 or $70 per month, depending on the available plan and promotions.

You earn $250 or $350 per qualifying sale, depending on the plan sold.

We work hard, sell aggressively, and focus on producing results. If you have a great personality, enjoy talking to people, and have the drive to succeed, we'll teach you the sales process. What you do with that opportunity is up to you.

Earning Potential

This is a performance-based opportunity with no guaranteed commission earnings.

1 sale per day: $250–$350
2 sales per day: $500–$700
3 sales per day: $750–$1,050
5 sales per day: $1,250–$1,750

These are illustrative gross commission amounts, not guaranteed or typical earnings. Actual earnings depend on qualifying sales, the applicable commission plan, and individual performance.

The more qualifying sales you produce, the more commission you can earn.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work in residential neighborhoods throughout North Carolina, speaking directly with homeowners about T-Mobile Fiber Internet.

Your responsibilities include introducing internet plans, explaining pricing and benefits, answering questions, helping customers enroll, and developing your sales skills through daily field experience.

This is an in-person, door-to-door sales position, not an office or remote job.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who have personality, ambition, confidence, and a strong work ethic.

You may be a great fit if you:

Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations
Are competitive and motivated by earning potential
Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
Can handle rejection and stay consistent
Want to build confidence, leadership, and communication skills
Are willing to travel or relocate to North Carolina
Want more than an ordinary hourly job

You don't need a sales background. You need the willingness to work, learn, and improve.

Long-Term Career and Management Opportunities

This isn't just about selling internet for a few weeks.

We're building a team of sales professionals and future managers. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, and leadership potential may have opportunities to advance into team leadership, training, recruiting, and management positions.

The skills you develop here can benefit you throughout your career, whether you continue in sales, move into management, or eventually build your own business.

We'll teach you the ropes. You'll determine how far you take it.
