Job Summary –We are seeking a Cannabis Processor aka " The Chef" specifically for edibles and other topical products to join our growing team. The Chef is responsible for the production of edibles and other cannabis-infused products, ensuring that each product is manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the cannabis industry and experience in a kitchen or production environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing recipes for a variety of cannabis-infused products including: pastries, such as cakes, cookies, brownies,gummies, topicals as well bath bombs.
Ensuring the accuracy of dosing in each pastry to comply with state regulations.
Sourcing high-quality ingredients, including cannabis products, and managing inventory.
Preparation and execution of all baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the culinary team to create new and innovative menu items.
Staying current with trends in the pastry and cannabis industries.

Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

A degree in pastry arts or a related culinary field is preferred.
2-5 years of experience working as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.
Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, as well as an understanding of how to incorporate cannabis into baked goods.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a hot and humid kitchen environment
