Location: York, Maine

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled problem solver with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. You will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of plumbing projects, supervising apprentices and journeymen, and ensuring all work is completed to code and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and efficiently
Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications
Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
Lead and supervise plumbing teams on job sites
Provide estimates, timelines, and material requirements for jobs
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Valid Master Plumber License
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable with mobile apps for job tracking and invoicing (a plus)
