Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Cultivation Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting tasks related to plant care and facility maintenance within our cultivation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize cultivation equipment and tools
- Clean and sanitize cultivation spaces
- Conduct routing inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of necessary equipment
- Assit cultivator with plant work (defoliating, canopy maintinenece, harvesting, transplanting, etc.)
- Maintain logs and collect data
- Routine checks of cultivation spaces and stock levels
- Wet trim and dry trim finish product as needed during harvest week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
