The City of Bangor has a unique opportunity for an Appraiser in the City's Assessing Department. This position allows for a direct contribution to the local community by conducting personal and real property appraisals within the City and assisting in the operation of the overall assessment function. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package. Some of the benefit highlights for this position include:

Pay range: $33.54 to $45.04 per hour (based on 37.5-hour work week, scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
