Looking for a fun and professional work environment? Look no further! Our client, a busy boutique firm in downtown Portland is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and visitors, while also screening calls, processing mail, managing the conference rooms and handling correspondances. This is a great opportunity for someone with some prior office experience looking to break into the legal field.
The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, professional and highly organized. Prior MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is preferred. Strong verbal and written communications is required.
