We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to support our team in various outdoor and agricultural tasks. Duties
- Assist in the maintenance and care of gardens and landscapes, ensuring plants are healthy and thriving.
- Participate in outdoor work including planting, watering, and irrigating crops or garden beds.
- Support greenhouse operations by helping with plant identification, growing techniques, and general upkeep.
- Operate basic mechanical tools and equipment as required for various tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed to assist with planting and transporting materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Experience
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or agricultural settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with plant identification and growing techniques is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge related to tools used in outdoor work is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physical labor for extended periods.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment.
