As the Porter, youâll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to maintain the property and the apartments in a clean and safe manner according to the company policies and procedures. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet the Companyâs established standards and any applicable laws. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as âwhatâ is done here at B.HOM!Â

Position requires employee to be able to use general cleaning equipment and tools included but not limited to: hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers and hoses Â

Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to:Â standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs.Â
